- Fixed an issue with the designer preference for the new Density rules not working as designed.
- Fixed most issues with being unable to run when the document directory path contains non-western characters.
- Fixed several issues with Steam Workshop. Scenarios should now show up correctly, you should also get prompts about common issues with uploading scenarios. PBEM should now work correctly with Steam scenarios which have alternate graphics set up.
- Added more logging to try to troubleshoot Sound issues with non-western languages on a few systems.
- Updated several scenarios.
