使用说明：

1.解压缩
2.运行Pro.Cycling.Manager.2016.v1.4.0.0.Update.exe安装升级档到游戏目录
3.复制SKIDROW目录里的所有文件到游戏安装目录里覆盖
4.运行游戏，到创建帐号界面(create account)退出
5.复制SKIDROW文件夹内的Users.cdb文件覆盖到到 C:Users你的用户名AppDataRoamingPro Cycling Manager 2016
6.开始游戏，选择SKIDROW账号离线游戏

Fix of an issue causing the withdrawal of the human rider from a race for no reason, especially in ProCyclist. 
Fix of an issue preventing the AI from locking the race on a sprint finish, making it too easy to escape and win.

Fix of a crash during the transfer window opening (end of June) on some modpacks. 
Balancing: Better ergonomics on objectives and balancing of the end of season objectives.
